1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to WiFi Analyzer: Signal Test. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Application.
2. Our Services
The Application provides WiFi signal testing, network connection analysis, download and upload speed measurement, ping and latency views, connection information, diagnostics, optional floating speed indicators, notifications, and related network utility features. Some app versions may also include launcher-related home screen access, shortcuts, widgets, or app organization features.
Network results are estimates and may vary based on device hardware, router configuration, network congestion, server availability, permissions, ISP conditions, and background activity.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, network provider rules, platform policies, and third-party rights. You are responsible for your use of the Application and for any activity that occurs on your device.
4. User Representations
By using the Application, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, your use will comply with applicable law, and you will not use the Application through automated, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized means.
5. Mobile Application License
Mou.Apps grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on devices that you own or control for personal, lawful use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, adapt, resell, sublicense, exploit, or misuse the Application except where applicable law expressly allows it.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Application, including software, design, functionality, names, marks, text, graphics, interfaces, layouts, and related materials, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Application to:
- Conduct unauthorized network access, scanning, monitoring, interference, or security testing.
- Bypass network restrictions, violate network provider rules, or infringe third-party rights.
- Distribute malware, harmful code, spam, deceptive content, or unlawful material.
- Misrepresent speed, diagnostic, or connection data.
- Interfere with the Application, its services, advertising systems, analytics, or security features.
- Copy, modify, scrape, or exploit the Application in an unauthorized manner.
8. Reviews and Feedback
If you submit reviews, suggestions, feedback, or other contributions, you agree that they will be lawful, accurate, based on your genuine experience, and free from offensive, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing, or harmful content. You grant us permission to use feedback to improve the Application without compensation to you.
9. Advertisements and Third-Party Content
The Application may display third-party advertisements or contain links, SDKs, analytics tools, cloud-connected services, speed test services, or other third-party content that we do not control. We are not responsible for advertiser content, external websites, third-party products, claims, offers, privacy practices, or terms.
10. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Payments
If paid features, subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases are offered, they are handled through the applicable app store or payment provider. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are subject to that provider's rules. We cannot cancel subscriptions, change billing terms, or issue platform-managed refunds on your behalf unless the platform provides a method for us to do so.
11. Launchers and Uninstallation Instructions
If your version of the Application includes launcher-related features, those features may change the home screen layout, icons, widgets, search surfaces, shortcuts, app drawer, or arrangement of applications. Your installed apps remain accessible on your device, although they may appear in different locations or within the app drawer.
If you no longer want to use the Application, please follow the standard uninstallation instructions provided by Google or your device manufacturer. Uninstalling the Application will generally stop its launcher behavior and restore the previous home screen behavior, subject to your device settings. Due to platform limitations, Mou.Apps cannot uninstall the Application, change your device launcher settings, or modify platform-managed subscriptions on your behalf.
12. Term and Termination
These Terms remain effective while you use the Application. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any feature if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable laws, platform policies, or the rights of others. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
13. Modifications and Interruptions
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time. We do not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.
14. Corrections
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, omissions, descriptions, availability information, feature information, or other content related to the Application at any time without prior notice.
15. Disclaimer
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. WiFi tests, signal readings, speed results, diagnostics, floating indicators, and launcher behavior may vary and should not be treated as professional network security advice.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mou.Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, device functionality, network availability, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from your use of the Application or these Terms should first be addressed by contacting us. Where required or permitted by law, disputes may be resolved through applicable legal procedures in the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
18. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any related notices, constitute the agreement between you and us regarding the Application. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
