1. Introduction

WiFi Analyzer: Signal Test is provided by Mou.Apps as a mobile application for WiFi signal testing, connection analysis, network diagnostics, speed checks, ping and latency views, connection information, and related network utility features. The Application is provided on an "as is" basis.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Application and describes the permissions and data practices used to operate its features.

2. Information We May Access or Collect

The Application may access or collect the following categories of information, depending on your device, Android version, granted permissions, app version, and selected features:

Location and WiFi notice: Android may require location permission for WiFi scanning and nearby WiFi features. The Application uses this access to provide WiFi and signal functionality, not to continuously track your physical movement.

3. How We Use Information

We use accessed or collected information for the following purposes:

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

Some feature data is processed locally on your device. Some technical, advertising, attribution, analytics, crash, diagnostic, and network-related information may be transmitted to service providers that help us operate, secure, analyze, monetize, and improve the Application.

The Application may include third-party SDKs or services for app distribution, analytics, crash reporting, attribution, advertising, mediation, push messaging, and network-delivered content. These services may process device information, identifiers, usage data, advertising signals, diagnostics, and network information under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data. We may share data with service providers, advertising partners, analytics providers, crash reporting providers, fraud prevention providers, legal authorities where required by law, or successor entities in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information associated with the Application. Data transmitted to service providers is expected to be handled through secure transport such as HTTPS or equivalent modern security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, support, secure, analyze, monetize, and improve the Application, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce applicable terms. Local feature data remains on your device until you clear app data, remove saved settings, or uninstall the Application. Third-party providers may retain data according to their own policies and legal obligations.

You can delete local Application data by clearing app data in Android settings or uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling the Application stops future app-side collection from your device. To request deletion of support messages or other information you provided directly to us, contact us at [email protected]. We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can control many data practices through Android device settings. You may grant, deny, or revoke permissions such as location, nearby WiFi devices, notifications, display over other apps, and other app permissions. Some features may stop working if required permissions are disabled.

You can reset or limit advertising identifiers through your device privacy or advertising settings where supported. You can also manage personalized advertising choices through available device, Google, or ad-network controls.

8. Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Application after an update means you acknowledge the updated policy.
